I will tell you what I said to my niece now in Christmas: there are two ways to see, one with the eyes the other one is with your heart.
Actually the second way to see is stronger than the first one, because we see and feel further distances and more intense than with the eyes, BUT it requires more discipline and focus..... therefore we neglect this type of see.
Practice to see with your heart, and keep enjoying intensively - as you know how to do it - the moments one is living right now is a real gift.
I am shock to notice that things are changing continuously and more and more of my love ones are changing state.... It is painful, and simultaneously a constant reminder.
