Now in Finland

For first time ever I drived by car over to Joensuu, Finland. From Stockholm I took the Ferry to Helsinki. The driving distance from Bollnäs-Joensuu was slightly more than 700km. Arrived yesterday evening in a snow covered landscape. It is great winter weather here and hopefully I do a bit of snowboarding in Kolli tomorrow.

Bollnäs - Falun

Half time and 3-0 to the orange blue hårdingar. Forza Bollnäs!

Bollnäs won the match with 7-3 and andvanced to position 8 with one match to go before play-of. Hopefully they can defend the position otherwise season will be over. At least got to see one game of bandy this season :)

Walking on the lake is not really considered a big miracle in sweden as we do it all the time.

Swedish winter

Cross country skiing with daddy. A lovely winter day. This kind of days I miss when in Africa. Now driving back on an extremely icy curvy forest road. Luckily the spiked tires keep us on the road.

Back in sweden

 Back home with my family. A thin layer of snow here in Bollnäs and temperature just above zero (celsius). Landed few hous ago and took a train to Gävle where Jonas and father picked me up. From door to door appr. 24 hours of travelling. Nice to be back home but quite sure I will soon start to miss South Africa.
